As part of its guest programme, Chiang Mai’s Four Seasons Resort has inaugurated a weekly Sunday brunch. Every Sunday between 12:00 and 15:30, the resort’s Rim Tai Kitchen is the setting for a gourmet feast with prime seafood and culinary delicacies from around the world to choose from.
Prawns, crabs, grilled meat and foie gras plus Indian specialities, and antipasto and pasta from Italy and the Mediterranean are the highlights of the delicacies every Sunday. The occasion is enhanced by the presence of live musicians serenading diners and the chance of enjoying the Four Seasons’ swimming pool and other entertainment amenities.
The price tag for the Four Seasons Sunday brunch experience is THB1,900 for adults. This option comes with unlimited soft drinks. Children between five and twelve years old get 50 per cent discount. A free-flow wine and cocktail package is available but costs THB2,600. All prices are exclusive of government taxes and service charges.
